Christopher founded Amplify Republic from a personal belief that a dual investment of people in themselves and organizations in its people results in enhanced organizational effectiveness.
Christopher is a Business Psychologist, Consultant, Career and Leadership Development Coach, Inspirational Speaker, and Board Advisor. He has spent his career delivering high-impact results that drive both people and business performance over the last 20 years. His experience spreads across industry and size.
He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a BA in Psychology.
As a Coach, he empowers people to leverage their unique strengths and navigate challenges with confidence, believing there is no single path to success. He helps teams align goals, optimize collaboration, and elevate performance in fast-changing environments.
As a Consultant, he designs future-forward, people-centered solutions rooted in behavioral science and organizational strategy. He partners with organizations to amplify people, processes, and strategy so both individuals and organizations can achieve limitless success.
As a Leader, this mission is personal for him. His journey has been one filled with life’s challenges, personal and professional wins and pitfalls. He has discovered that when he became intentional about investing in himself, he began to thrive personally and professionally.
Today, he utilizes the tools that he has learned and those he has developed to create lasting impact for people and organizations.
Personally, he resides in the great state of New Jersey, with his amazing wife and daughter.
